The USDTman service (the “Service”) adheres to the principles of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). This Policy describes the measures we apply and the obligations of the Client.

1. Purpose of the policy

The purpose of this Policy is to prevent the use of the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activity, and to protect bona fide Clients and partners.

2. Core principles

A risk-based approach to assessing each operation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) where there are grounds for it.

Monitoring operations for signs of suspicious activity.

Cooperation with authorized bodies within the framework of the law.

3. Customer identification (KYC)

For most standard operations no identification is required. However, the Service may request additional information and documents in the following cases:

large operation amounts;

signs of suspicious activity;

funds arriving from high-risk addresses or accounts;

where required by applicable law.

Requested information may include an identity document and details on the source of funds.

4. Transaction screening (AML check)

Incoming crypto assets may be screened using specialized blockchain analytics services to detect links to illegal activity.

If an address or transaction receives a high risk score, the operation may be suspended until the circumstances are clarified.

5. Prohibited operations

The Service does not work with funds related to:

mixers and anonymizing services used for unlawful purposes;

darknet marketplaces and illegal trafficking;

fraud, extortion, ransomware;

sanctioned persons and jurisdictions;

financing of terrorism and extremism.

6. Right to refuse and suspend

The Service may refuse an operation, suspend it or request additional information where there is suspicion of a breach of this Policy, without any obligation to disclose the reasons for such a decision.

If funds of criminal origin are identified, they may be frozen and handed over to authorized bodies in accordance with the law.

7. Client responsibility

The Client warrants that the funds they use were obtained lawfully and are not connected with any illegal activity.

Providing false information or attempting to use the Service for unlawful purposes results in refusal of service and, where necessary, notification of the competent authorities.
